Laetitia Milot was at the head of the show “Le Meilleur Pâtissier”, but she decided to end this adventure. This Monday, April 13, Laetitia Milot discussed the reasons for her departure in the columns of “Télé Star”: “It was a two-year contract. Then there were many discussions about the future between the production and me. I am an actress and, in the first year, as the show evolved, we were able to do sketches”.

But the following season took a different direction. Laetitia explains, “The following season returned to the basics. It was pure entertainment. I confess that it suited me a little less. I was very happy during those two years. But I think I had done it all. If I am offered an entertainment project in the same style as season 13, I will go with pleasure!”.

Laetitia Milot reveals her “heartwarming village”

Although she is stepping away from some sets, Laetitia Milot remains very present on screen. On Saturday, April 18, at 8:40 p.m. on France 3, she will participate in the show “Mon côté Sud”, hosted by Carole Gaessler. This is an opportunity for her to reveal a place that is particularly dear to her: Tourrettes-sur-Loup.

Located in the Niçois hinterland, this perched village captivates with its authenticity and Provencal charm. The actress explains that she had a real “heartwarming experience” at this place during the filming of the series “La Vengeance aux yeux clairs”, not far from the Vence pass.

Laetitia Milot settles near Nice, not far from the sea

Since then, she returns there “very often to stroll and run with [her] dogs”. She particularly loves “this countryside spirit”. Laetitia Milot, after living in Var, left everything to settle near Nice. She also states, “We built everything in our new nest near Nice, after moving from Var. I spend all my time in the garden, and I also like to cuddle the trees!”

And it’s understandable why the 45-year-old actress is so attached to the village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. With its cobblestone streets, lined with stone houses and small artisan shops, strolling there becomes particularly pleasant. One can also discover pottery workshops, painters, or jewelers, who perpetuate local know-how. Dubbed the “city of violets”, the village is also known for the cultivation of this delicate flower: it is possible to visit farms, learn more about its transformation, and even taste local specialties like violet candies or syrups.
