Provencal culture broth with the association Pélissanne Culture Tradition

    The Pelissanne Culture Tradition brings together two entities (culture and tradition) that allow for various events to be combined for a popular audience. During the general assembly, the handover of the association’s leadership took place. Chantal Pizoard, who served as president with dedication, was praised by Mayor Pascal Montecot for her work with the entire board and volunteers. Nicolas Trouve was unanimously elected as the new president of the association, with Mathieu Cristol as vice-president. They will be supported by a strong team with certainly new ideas for the summer season. In the meantime, the month of May also marks the beginning of festive events.

    On May 14, the traditional transhumance will echo the bells of goats and goats through the village. The traditional dances of the Lou Pelican group will open the way for this procession starting at 11 am from Carbadel Square to St Martin Park.

    On May 23, the Adventure Raid will take place at the retention basin. On May 31, the Flower Parade will finally appear to the delight of the people of Pelissanne and others who have been eagerly awaiting this first outing. Among the new events, a reggae concert on May 29 at the Moulin des Costes will provide music lovers with a moment of sharing and musical nostalgia.
