Cannes Film Festival: Antoine Dupont and Iris Mittenaere shine on the Croisette

The qualification of Stade Toulousain for the semi-finals of Top 14 is (almost) assured, so Antoine Dupont is taking a little vacation. On Tuesday, May 19, the rugby player and his partner Iris Mittenaere, Miss France and Miss Universe 2016, were spotted at the Carlton beach in Cannes. The star couple attended a Kilian Paris event and joined the 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. Antoine Dupont and Iris Mittenaere are regular attendees, having also been present last year. Among many personalities, the duo enjoyed the sunny weather on the Croisette.

For the occasion, Iris Mittenaere wore a stunning green form-fitting dress with a side slit, while Antoine Dupont opted for a burgundy jacket, white shirt, and oversized brown pants.

Iris Mittenaere and Antoine Dupont had previously attended the Cannes Film Festival together. The couple appeared very happy and close, not leaving each other’s side all night. This is not the first time they have been seen in the Mediterranean region. Last year, they were seen in all-white outfits at the opening of the new Audemars Piguet boutique in Saint-Tropez before heading to the Croisette and the Cannes Film Festival. The couple was seen alongside footballer Paul Pogba, his partner Maria Salaues, and former PSG player Guillaume Hoarau at a dinner with Dadju.

Iris Mittenaere has been a strong supporter of the French national rugby team. She and Antoine Dupont looked radiant at the Kilian Paris event during the Cannes Film Festival. Miss Universe 2016 was also present at the Stade de France this year for the Six Nations Tournament. As the season ends, Stade Toulousain is on track to directly qualify for the Top 14 semi-finals, aiming for another national title after last year’s victory. If the team reaches the final, we can expect to see Iris Mittenaere at the Stade de France on June 27, supporting Antoine Dupont in his quest for a new title.
