Involving brutal deaths and unexplained disappearances, a mysterious dark series is hitting the cutting-edge American scientific community. Faced with this catastrophic event affecting space and nuclear experts, the FBI and Congress have opened an investigation amid suspicions of foreign interference.

This dark series has fueled some far-fetched conspiracy theories across the Atlantic: in recent years, several American scientists and experts working in the space or nuclear fields have gone missing. Some of them have even been found dead, prompting US authorities to consider the possibility of “foreign interference” and to launch an investigation into the phenomenon.

“I hope it’s just a coincidence,” reacted Donald Trump, addressing the issue on Thursday, April 16. The US president promises answers “within a week and a half.” On Monday, April 20, the FBI and Congress announced they would investigate to shed light on this matter. “It seems highly likely that something sinister is happening here,” commented James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight Committee.

The sudden disappearance of a retired general

In total, eleven scientists are involved. The case began in June 2022 when Amy Eskridge, a 34-year-old woman specializing in high-frequency propulsion and antigravity technologies, was found dead at home. Shortly before her death, she expressed her fears of being “eliminated” during live sessions on YouTube due to her groundbreaking discoveries threatening conventional energy and space industries. Since then, the list has tragically grown, including experts from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) at NASA like Michael David Hicks and Frank Maiwald, as well as renowned physicists such as Nuno Loureiro and Carl Grillmair, both shot dead in front of their homes in violent circumstances between late 2025 and early 2026.

The mystery deepens with the unexplained disappearances of highly qualified personnel from strategic sites like Los Alamos or the Wright-Patterson base. The most alarming case is that of retired General Neil McCasland, holder of state secrets on military space technologies, who vanished in February under troubling circumstances: he disappeared from his home while his wife was out for a medical appointment. Upon her return, she discovered that her husband had left behind his eyeglasses, cell phone, and connected devices. Only his wallet, hiking shoes, and a .38 caliber revolver were missing.

Facing this disaster affecting nuclear and aerospace research pillars, the US Congress has officially taken up the case, fearing a coordinated operation.
