Toulouse: an armed family illegally enters a school

An intervention after a dispute between students

According to initial reports, a disagreement broke out among several adolescent students at a school in Toulouse.

According to La Dépêche du Midi, a third-year student contacted his family after an altercation. Shortly after, his mother, his 17-year-old brother, and his 15-year-old sister arrived with several weapons.

The three individuals allegedly forced their way into the school before attacking a supervisor and two students.

A real arsenal seized

Law enforcement searched the suspects’ car. They found knives, tear gas, a fake gun, and a cleaver. According to le Figaro, the public prosecutor’s office in Toulouse immediately placed the mother and her children in custody. The magistrates specify that “the collection of complaints is ongoing to establish the exact sequence of events.”

Psychological support

Despite serious physical injuries, the emotional impact remains significant. Psychological support is planned for the witnesses. The education authority now wants to “ensure the continuity of education” in a protected environment.
