From May 20 to June 5, 2026, the Roissy Pays de France conurbation offers the third edition of its free festival of shows for toddlers.
Access to culture from an early age is a priority for the Roissy Pays de France conurbation community. From May 20 to June 5, 2026, it is organizing the third edition of its “Petits tout petits” festival, an event dedicated entirely to young and very young audiences. Led in partnership with the Théâtre de la vallée, this cultural event aims to offer moments of wonder, laughter, and discovery to children and their families throughout the intermunicipal territory.
A rich and itinerant cultural offer
The festival will deploy a program of eleven shows in thirteen municipalities of the conurbation, spread across the Val-d’Oise and Seine-et-Marne departments. To reach as wide an audience as possible, the performances will take place in various locations: early childhood structures, multipurpose halls, and theaters. Several renowned artistic companies will participate in this edition, including ACTA, coMCa, Théâtre de la vallée, Loup Ange, Le Porte Voix, Melampo, and Soleil Sous la Pluie. In addition to scenic performances, the festival emphasizes interaction. Workshops and meeting times will be organized to allow the public to interact directly with the artists, enriching the cultural experience.
Two highlights not to be missed
The 2026 edition will be punctuated by two flagship events. The official opening will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 am in Écouen, with the presentation of the show “Petit-Bleu et Petit-Jaune” by the Théâtre de la vallée. This piece, accessible from the age of two, promises a poetic and visual journey for the youngest viewers.
The closing will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2026, at 10:30 am, within the municipal hall and intermunicipal media library of Juilly. This final event will be an opportunity for the awarding of the “Roissy Pays de France 2026 Early Childhood Reading Prize”. Ella Charbon, the winner of the 2025 edition, will be present to pass the baton and celebrate youth literature.
A commitment to accessible culture for all
One of the fundamental characteristics of the “Petits tout petits” festival is its complete free access. This proactive initiative aims to remove financial barriers and ensure equitable access to a quality artistic offer for all families in the area. The complete program as well as all practical information are available on the conurbation’s website.
Roissy Pays de France, a driving force territory
This festival is part of the ambitious cultural policy of the Roissy Pays de France conurbation community. Created in 2016, this intermunicipality includes 42 municipalities and nearly 363,000 inhabitants. Led by Pascal DOLL, it manages a contrasting territory, combining strong urbanization around airport platforms and vast agricultural areas. Cultural and sports development is among its priority competencies, as evidenced by the renewed success of this event dedicated to the artistic awakening of the youngest.
