Invited by the English club to attend the Champions League final against PSG on May 30th, Arsenal employees will still have to pay over 1,000 euros for plane tickets to Budapest, Hungary.

They were not accommodated the same way as their Parisian counterparts. Arsenal employees, not working on May 30th, were invited by the English club to attend the Champions League final against PSG at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary. But their travel comes at a price. They will have to spend over 1,000 euros to make the journey from London to the Hungarian capital, according to The Telegraph.

They will also have the option to make their own way there, but they must be registered on a flight arranged by Arsenal to ensure they can return to London in time to attend the celebrations the following day if they win.

This situation has sparked anger among employees, facing a completely different scenario than their Parisian counterparts.

Those not working on the final were also invited by PSG, but their travel expenses to Hungary are covered by the reigning European champions. This was also the case last season for the final against Inter Milan in Munich, which PSG won 5-0.
