It will be a relief, an incredible emotion. We are very close, but it is always good to finish on a high note. We will do everything to win at home.”
A reward
As of Saturday, April 18, facing Brive, who are in 5th place. The Trélissac players remain focused on their goal: “We ignore all of that,” proclaims Akki. “We are preparing just like we always do, we are continuing with what works, with humility. Brive is a very good team, we have faced them in the league and friendly matches [Editor’s note: with two Trélissac victories 0-1 in Corrèze]. They are a quality opponent.”
Despite their comfortable lead in the standings, Mohammed Akki and his players have had to work hard throughout the season: “It has been tough, we had to work hard.
