He was wearing a gray cap, sunglasses, and a long black sweatshirt. In the photos, a brace is around his knee and a bandage appears to have been tied around his ankle.
According to the American tabloid, this could mean that David Hasselhoff has been injured again, a few weeks after undergoing knee and hip surgeries. In fact, last April, a spokesperson for the actor from ‘Knight Rider’ told Page Six that he was recovering from knee arthroplasty, which involves replacing a damaged joint with a prosthesis. This is why he needed a walker to walk at that time. He was also undergoing rehabilitation sessions.

In November 2025, he posted a photo on Instagram smiling in front of a ‘Baywatch’ arcade game. But since then, David Hasselhoff has probably faced some complications.
