Hugh Goodnose is dead – and it’s up to you to find the culprit
The New York private detective Hugh Goodnose was found dead in the heart of La Défense. The case is complex: shortly before his death, he was in possession of very important documents for Mr. Fortuné Roquefellé, the CEO of a multinational company whose offices are located in La Défense. But these documents have disappeared. This is where you come in. Mr. Roquefellé has contacted you to find these documents and to expose the culprits. Mission accepted?
How does it work?
It is a self-guided treasure hunt to discover Paris while having fun. Question and answer files are to be downloaded. You then go, with friends, family, colleagues, or alone, to the starting point indicated on your ticket, and answer the questions of the questionnaire following the orientation instructions. No organizers on-site, no time constraints: you are free to conduct the investigation at your own pace. The ideal starting point is in front of the Grande Arche de La Défense, for an estimated duration of about 1h15.
Five suspects, one culprit
By crisscrossing La Défense and answering the questions from Fortuné Roquefellé and his friends, you must find the name of the murderer among five suspects thanks to the clues scattered throughout the questionnaire. The experience combines meticulous observation of the architectural and artistic details of the neighborhood, collective reflection, and narrative tension. Between the Grande Arche, the glass towers, and the urban artworks that punctuate the esplanade, you will discover more or less unusual places as well as artworks that you would never have noticed without this playful context.
For whom? For when?
The activity is open to everyone up to 90 years old, making it an ideal outing both with friends and for a quirky team building or a family outing. All Balade-toi games are done in perfect autonomy, alone or in a group, and whenever you want. No fixed date, no time slot to respect – you choose the time that suits you. Tickets are available on BilletRéduc with limited places, so it is better to book in advance.
