SEATTLE, May 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Alaska Airlines today launched daily nonstop service between Seattle and London-Heathrow, strengthening its position as the fourth largest airline in the United States and expanding its international network. The launch of this second European destination by Alaska Airlines this year comes just before the traditionally busy summer season. Last month, the airline launched its first transatlantic route to Rome, and starting from May 28, it will also operate a nonstop service to Reykjavik, Iceland.
