Main news, live sports or video and audio content to better understand the world, the new RTS app offers all the information 24/7 in one place. Born from the merger of the RTS Info and RTS Sport applications, it is available starting Tuesday through an update or download.
Beyond the combination of news and sports, the new RTS application offers several changes to make it easier to follow the news daily. The main news feed is organized by sections (headline news, Switzerland, World, Sports, Culture, etc.) to quickly inform and encourage exploration of other content.
The application also offers short vertical videos to decrypt the news, as well as a new section to follow live streams and sports competition results. It is also possible to customize shortcuts according to interests or subscribe to specific notifications.
To simplify its digital portfolio, RTS’s offer is now structured around two complementary applications. The RTS application to follow daily news and sports in real time, and the Play RTS application to listen and watch all audio and video shows live or on replay.
How to download it?
The RTS Info application evolves to become the new RTS application through a simple update, while RTS Sport users are encouraged to install the new RTS application now to continue following sports news, including the FIFA World Cup 2026 in June.
