The idea was born from a meeting between two passionate friends: the company Sport concept is establishing itself at the Val de Vienne circuit in Le Vigeant.

The Temple of Speed usually echoes with the sounds of engines and the smell of rubber, but behind the scenes of the Val de Vienne circuit technopole in Le Vigeant, there is also a lot of activity. Two brand new buildings of 1,000m² each have recently been built as an initiative of SCI Sport Concept, led by David Melili and Xavier Begnatborde.

Passionate about motor sports, especially motorcycles, the two men have just crossed the finish line with the realization, in early April 2026, of a long-standing project.

A unit to host receptions during events at the circuit

“The idea arose from a meeting between two passionate friends one evening in a garage. My husband and I have a masonry business based in Fleuré and David Melili has a mechanics business in Lussac-les-Châteaux. In 2023, they envisioned this project: to offer a dedicated space for motor sports enthusiasts. The realization was laborious. It took three years to make this dream come true, with setbacks related to the purchase of land from the Department and obtaining building permits,” explains Stéphanie Begnatborde, a motorcycle enthusiast and head of SCI Sport Concept.

Today, the company offers two new buildings made up of closed units for industrial or commercial use, within a secure site. “The first building of 1,000m² houses six units. Five are already occupied by major players in the circuit, such as the ASA, VVM associations, and the company Loisirs mecanik,” the director points out.

The site also includes, under the Sport Concept brand, an event unit reserved for professionals or activities taking place at the circuit. It can be rented for receptions, cocktails, evenings, or events for auto or motorcycle enthusiasts.

Spaces for rent

As for the second building, it offers the possibility for professionals and individuals to rent open, covered spaces, specially adapted for the storage of semi-trailers, trailers, or vehicles dedicated to motor sports. Rentals can be made by the weekend, week, month, or year.

With these new facilities, the Val de Vienne circuit technopole confirms its attractiveness and dynamism, further establishing itself as a key hub for motor sports in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
