In the episode of The Power on May 20th, everything changes once again in the villa. After the shock caused by Beverly’s revelation as the thief of Julien Tanti’s power, Kaos decides to push the game further with a completely unprecedented rule. Now, the semi-finalists will have to track down a Power Player they will never be able to see.
Jordan eliminated, Beverly fully assumes her game
After revealing her role as a Power Player, Beverly must immediately face the consequences of her choice. The wheel of misfortune designates Manon and Jordan as players in danger, forcing Beverly to eliminate one of her close ones on the doorstep of the final.
A heart-wrenching decision
She ultimately chooses to eliminate Jordan. A very difficult departure for Manon, who loses her greatest support in the adventure. Since reuniting in The Power, Jordan and Manon had managed to rebuild a strong relationship after several years of separation. Even if they did not get back together, their bond continued to grow over the weeks.
Jordan then leaves the adventure with emotion, hoping to see Manon go all the way to the final and maybe even win the game for their association.
The shock of Beverly’s revelation
In the villa, the shock surrounding Beverly remains immense. Jonathan still struggles to believe that he was completely wrong about her after having defended her for days. Laura, on the other hand, is now ready to do anything to get her revenge on Beverly and secure her spot in the final.
As for Enzo, after protecting Beverly as an accomplice, he now claims to want to avenge Julien, who was eliminated because of the power theft. But Kaos is not done sowing chaos.
An invisible Power Player takes control of the game
For this semi-final, the rules change completely.
A new rule for the semi-final
This week, no candidate can become Power Player, as Kaos has already assigned the role to a mystery player. An invisible Power Player that the candidates will never see, but who will be able to observe all of them.
A new mechanic that immediately plunges the Players into a much more paranoid atmosphere.
And that’s not all. The mystery Power Player will also have the option to choose an accomplice among the semi-finalists. To avoid the wheel of misfortune, the candidates will need to successfully uncover both the Power Player and their accomplice. Because the consequences could be terrible.
High-tension consequences
If only one of the two is discovered, then the accomplice will automatically secure their spot in the final while the other four players will be in danger of elimination.
On the other hand, if the candidates manage to identify both the mystery Power Player and their accomplice, then the latter will be immediately eliminated from the game.
The slightest error could now cost a spot in the final.
The semi-finalists plunged into a real psychological thriller
To help the Players in their investigation, Kaos sets up completely unprecedented clues: forty portraits of celebrities are displayed in the villa, and among them hides the real mystery Power Player.
The candidates must now analyze every detail to try to understand who is truly controlling the game. But after several weeks of manipulation, deceit, and strategies, no one seems capable of knowing who to trust.
Beverly is the only candidate completely protected thanks to her spot in the final. All other semi-finalists are now playing for their survival in the adventure.
And with an invisible Power Player capable of observing each of their moves, the pressure rises another level in the villa.
