The Institut de France offers us a lovely program for Nuit Blanche in Paris, this Saturday, June 6, 2026. Head to the 6th arrondissement of the capital to enjoy an evening of music.

Nuit Blanche is back in Paris for the 2026 edition, filled with original events and beautiful discoveries. This year, we head to the Institut de France, an important historic building facing the Louvre on one side and the Pont des Arts on the other, for a magical evening. So, make your way to the 6th arrondissement to enjoy the free artistic animations at this essential Parisian institution.

The Institut de France was established in 1795 by the Constitution of Year III to centralize and showcase discoveries in the fields of art and science. It is also known as the “Parliament of the Wise World”. The Institut includes the French Academy, the Academy of Inscriptions and Belles-Lettres, the Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Fine Arts, and the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences. This noble parliament is located on the quai de Conti, in a former college of the University of Paris.

Despite its classical nature, the Institut de France’s participation in Nuit Blanche may surprise many. This event is dedicated to contemporary creation, which is why the Institut always surprises and excites us during this night of art.

During this 25th edition of Nuit Blanche on Saturday, June 6, 2026, prepare to be amazed once again by the exceptional program at the Institut.
