Vincent Terrail-Novès starts a historic 3rd term with 79.93% of the votes on Sunday, March 15th. In Balma, democracy spoke loudly and clearly as the results revealed the victory of the center union list “Du cœur & de l’action” with nearly 80% of the votes, against Jean-François Robic’s 20.07% (“Balma avec vous”).
The exceptional and exemplary turnout of nearly 64% in Balma, far above the national level, highlights the mayor’s strong legitimacy with 7,938 votes. This landslide victory allows him to solidify his governance with 30 elected officials and three seats on the metropolitan council to represent Balma’s voice.
