On the occasion of an Instagram live with the rapper Rohff, Karim Benzema, who plays in Saudi Arabia for Al-Hilal where he was transferred from Al-Ittihad during the winter transfer window, discussed various football topics. He praised PSG under Luis Enrique, saying, “It’s a real team in Paris. You can put anyone up front, they all perform together, and the substitutes perform just as well. That’s why they are strong.”

According to him, his former club Real Madrid struggles to cultivate this team spirit. Benzema stated, “At Real Madrid, it’s complicated because they don’t play as a team, and they don’t communicate enough.”

Regarding a potential return to his former club OL (Olympique Lyonnais), the 38-year-old forward dismissed the idea of playing again, saying, “I can’t do that,” but he mentioned the possibility of returning after his playing career, suggesting, “Why not work there?”

During the conversation, Benzema mentioned his desire to coach younger players in the future, expressing his interest in being involved in developing their skills, saying, “I would like to explain to them how I see football.”

Karim Benzema, who has often praised his upbringing and coaches at OL, undoubtedly has values to pass on to the next generation.
