MONTPELLIER, France and CAMBRIDGE, England, April 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tageos, a global leader in RFID and BLE inlays, and Pragmatic Semiconductor, a pioneer in flexible semiconductor technology, have extended their long-term strategic partnership with the launch of a new range of Tageos products based on Pragmatic’s flexible and sustainable NFC Connect products. The new EOS Lite and EOS Zero Lite ranges from Tageos offer innovative antenna designs with thin profiles and low carbon emissions, addressing the increasing demand for object-level intelligence and new business opportunities connecting physical and digital worlds.
The EOS-932 Zero Lite PR1301 is a sustainable NFC inlay based on paper and the first product in this new range of inlays and tags. These products utilize the latest RFID technology with the Pragmatic NFC Connect PR1301 chip to significantly reduce materials, carbon footprint, and costs.
Designed by Tageos’ Innovation Center of Excellence, these new products combine Tageos’ expertise in durable RFID inlays and tags with Pragmatic’s NFC Connect PR1301 chip. The ultra-thin and flexible design of the chip allows discreet integration on curved surfaces, packaging, or within products, enabling large-scale object intelligence in traditionally cost-prohibitive and sustainability-limited areas.
By enabling extensible digital product identities and interaction with consumer smartphones, the new inlay supports emerging physical-digital integration, recycling in current retail supply chains, and digitizing customer experiences.
