The city of Dax (Landes) is issuing a call for tenders for 15 shops located in the municipal markets. Butcher, Southwestern products, Greek caterer, creamery, Italian caterer… the opportunities are numerous.
“The municipal markets, located in the heart of the shopping district and open-air markets, are a commercial driving force for the city center. The alliance between food professionals, craftsmen, and local businesses must offer quality in line with the challenges posed by new consumption trends and the ambition of the markets to be a reference food hub,” the municipality explains in its announcement.
From butcher to Italian caterer, here are the shops
Required activities: butcher/charcuterie/caterer, Southwestern products, fine grocery with truffle products – catering, Italian caterer, Asian caterer, Greek caterer, fine grocery, creamery, fishmonger, organic greengrocer, pastry shop, wine merchant, crêperie… The list is long.
Candidates must send their applications by Monday, May 18, 2026 at the latest.
Provisional installation date: October 2026. Deadline for submission of applications: Monday, May 18, 2026 at 3:00 pm. For applications sent by mail, the date of receipt will prevail. Applications must be sealed with the mention of the consultation name and the mention “do not open.” The candidate will specify a validity period for their offer.
