The agency Neovoxia has appointed Alexandra Pharisien as General Manager to drive its growth in the digital and environmental transition sectors.

Neovoxia (formerly Skeelz), a Virtuology group entity specializing in recruitment issues, has announced a strategic appointment at its helm. Alexandra Pharisien has taken on the role of General Manager with the goal of supporting and accelerating the company’s growth strategy in the years to come. This decision comes during a transformative and dynamic phase for the agency, aiming to become a key partner for players in digital and environmental transitions.

Neovoxia offers comprehensive support to its clients, covering strategic profile hunting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), transition management, and on-demand expert availability.

Key missions for the agency’s future

In her new role, Alexandra Pharisien is entrusted with a broad scope of responsibilities. Her main mission will be to design and launch the agency’s new service offering, and then oversee its evolution to meet market demands. She will also be responsible for expanding Neovoxia’s market share by directly engaging with strategic accounts.

Another major aspect of her role will be team structuring. She will need to build and lead a dedicated team to support the company’s ambitions. Additionally, her appointment aligns with a group vision, as she will actively contribute to Virtuology’s human resources project, aiming for synergy between entities and operational excellence.

Over twenty-five years of expertise

To tackle these challenges, Alexandra Pharisien draws on over twenty-five years of solid experience in the recruitment consultancy field. Her career has led her to evolve within leading organizations such as The Adecco Group and AURA Ressources Humaines (now part of Actual Group). More recently, she worked at GoJob and served as Talent Partner Manager at Skeelz, establishing a continuity with the new entity Neovoxia.

She also brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to her profile, having founded her own consulting agency, AP-TITUDES, in 2019. Alexandra Pharisien holds a Master’s degree in Employment Policy and Human Resources from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

An accelerator of talents for future sectors

The new General Manager has shared her vision for Neovoxia, emphasizing the potential of the sectors targeted by the agency. “The digital and energy sectors currently hold the highest growth and transformation potentials in the economy. However, these sectors do not develop on their own: they need skills capable of structuring, executing, and accelerating. Neovoxia addresses this challenge by positioning itself as a sector-specific accelerator, mobilizing talents, leaders, and experts to transform innovation into sustainable performance,” stated Alexandra Pharisien.
