Several major Israeli newspapers are reporting the death of Ali Khamenei and several Israeli leaders, who were allegedly killed in an initial strike.

Israeli media claim that the Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei was killed. Two Israeli channels stated on Saturday evening that Khamenei was killed in the Israeli-American attack launched on Iran on Saturday morning.
“Israeli Source: Khamenei is dead,” reads a banner on Channel 12. Meanwhile, public TV station KAN displayed “Israeli Source: Ali Khamenei has been eliminated.”
At 8:00 PM, Netanyahu told Israelis that “there are signs” that the Iranian leader Khamenei is dead (AFP).
Yedioth, one of the three main Israeli newspapers, along with Maariv and Haaretz, reported the following.
“Khamenei killed in an initial strike on Iran, according to Israeli officials.”
According to Israeli security service assessments, Khamenei was among several senior Iranian leaders targeted in coordinated strikes at multiple locations where they had gathered earlier in the day.
Israeli officials cautiously expressed optimism that the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in a large surprise attack on Iran that began on Saturday morning as part of Operation Roaring Lion.
In addition to Khamenei, Israeli assessments suggest that among those targeted were Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, the Iranian Defense Minister, the Iranian military intelligence chief, and the Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff.
Israeli officials stated that it increasingly seemed likely that the operation succeeded in eliminating key figures, but emphasized that there was still no definitive confirmation regarding the fate of the targeted individuals. “Strikes were conducted at multiple sites where they had gathered in the morning,” said Israeli sources.
The coming hours will reveal if Khamenei and several senior leaders were indeed eliminated.

According to Haaretz, Ali Khamenei is unreachable. Israel is investigating whether he is injured, dead, or alive.
