Who are the headliners?
Among the headliners, we find The Abyssinians, a historic vocal trio formed in 1968 in Kingston, Big Youth, an equally historic MC in Jamaica, with over 50 years of career under his belt, or N’Marrons, one of the pioneering French groups mixing reggae, dancehall, and hip-hop. There is also Flavia Coelho, a Brazilian at the crossroads of bossa nova and raggamuffin. “She will come in sound system version, with guests, in a Jamaican march,” says Fred Lachaize. Flavia Coelho is family. She came when her career was starting and she is always there when things aren’t going so well for us.”

For the general public, we also find Bleu Soleil and Andrick Airways, authors of the hits “Soleil bleu” and “Dans ma cabane,” or the Senegalese Mariaa Siga, “our 2025 discovery.” We can also mention the Testerine Lia Moon, flutist of Wax Taylor, announced in an electro-dub formula.
Summer events
The idea is indeed to have Girondins on the bill. “We want to go back to our roots, find local roots before seeing if we can come back stronger in 2027.” While the socio-cultural hall of Cissac-Médoc can only accommodate 1,500 people, the idea is to then offer other events in Médoc during the summer. “A SunSka tour in about ten communes, events by the seaside or in castles. We explode the programming of a normal festival through a series of appointments.”
