Eva Longoria left Los Angeles without looking back, but there are some things from her life before that she misses. The 51-year-old actress, who is now settled in Spain with her husband José Bastón and their 7-year-old son Santiago, shared with People some insights into her new life while promoting her travel show Eva Longoria: Searching for France, which airs on CNN.
“They really savor life in Spain. They love long meals. We’re never in a hurry,” she emphasized, not regretting the fast-paced American breakfast meetings.
The only downsides: the distance from her family and Mexican cuisine!
No going back
“My family, my Texas family, and good Mexican food. That’s what I miss. Good Mexican food doesn’t exist in Europe,” lamented Eva Longoria.
Nevertheless, the actress and her family regularly visit Mexico where part of her family lives. Finally, little Santiago feels very comfortable in Spain, so going back to the United States is out of the question, at least as long as Donald Trump is in charge!
