A series of tornadoes has swept through several states in the central United States, causing significant damage. Torrential rains and violent wind gusts continue to threaten some regions on Saturday, April 18.

In Wisconsin (United States), an American can’t believe his eyes. In front of him, the tornado grows and moves rapidly. A few minutes later, the wind carries everything away, from rooftops to vehicles, including windows. 300 kilometers further south, the same phenomenon was observed. A powerful whirlwind uproots a tree. The scene is filmed by a woman taking refuge in her garage.
On Friday, April 17, several tornadoes hit the central United States. At least five American states were affected. In Minnesota, the damage is impressive. A retiree emerges unscathed but shocked. “I wanted to go down to the basement, but I couldn’t. I heard a roar and fell to my knees in my kitchen,” she recounts.
According to initial reports, there are only a few minor injuries. However, the property damage is significant. April marks the beginning of tornado season in the United States.
