In the context of the celebration of nature, a national event, the cultural service of Decazeville Communauté proposes two outings. On Friday, May 22nd, at 9 p.m., a nocturnal walk is organized in the Aubin and Cransac area. The route, about 3 km long, takes place in the darkness in slightly rugged terrain with some elevation change.

Children aged 8 and older are allowed to join. Closed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather are necessary, as well as walking sticks for those who wish. A flashlight or headlamp is recommended, with the goal of keeping it off as much as possible during the walk. The meeting point will be communicated at the time of registration. On Sunday, May 24th, at 2:30 p.m., an outing is scheduled at Puy de Wolf in Firmi.

This activity allows participants to discover the unique nature of this particular hill. The natural habitats, flora, and fauna of Puy de Wolf are so rare and sensitive that the site is protected at the European level through the Natura 2000 network. It is advisable to bring water, appropriate clothing, and closed-toe shoes, as the site is not sheltered.

These two activities are free, but registration is mandatory due to limited spots. For information and reservations, call 05 65 43 90 86 or email m.communeau@decazeville-communaute.fr.
