NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Two adults and a juvenile were arrested Wednesday night after police said they were caught going from car to car and breaking into at least one unlocked vehicle in North Charleston.
Police charged Jordan Keshaun Chisholm, 20, and Ke’Shawn Malik Dean, 18, along with a juvenile, with breaking and entering autos.

Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded just before 11 p.m. to the 7900 block of Crossroads Drive after a resident reported seeing three males pulling on door handles. Police said the suspects entered at least one vehicle, though it was unclear whether anything was stolen because officers could not contact the vehicle’s owner. Officers noted the vehicle’s center console had been left open.
The witness provided descriptions of the suspects and their clothing, saying one of them carried a backpack. As additional officers arrived, police found three people matching those descriptions hiding in a nearby wooded area, including one with a backpack, according to the incident report. The complainant later positively identified all three suspects, police said.
Chisholm and Dean were booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center. The juvenile was released to their parents and is expected to appear at future court hearings.
