The museum collaborates with new recruit training units to organize visits and study sessions on the 60-year history of construction, combat, and maturation of the main forces of the Central Highlands Front – 3rd Corps and the 50-year history of construction, combat, and maturation of the 4th Corps; and to learn more about the life, career, and revolutionary activities of President Ho Chi Minh.
Additionally, a traveling exhibition will be organized on the theme: “The 34th Corps inherits and develops the heroic traditions of the 3rd and 4th Corps, forming a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern corps.” The exhibition consists of three parts: The 3rd Corps – The glorious history of the Central Highlands army; The 4th Corps – The heroic army of the Mekong Delta; and The 34th Corps, faithful to its traditions, continues the epic.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Canh Minh, the museum of the 34th army corps exhibits many valuable objects, documents, and photos and serves as an important place for the traditional education of officers, soldiers, and the public. Since early April 2026, over 5,000 officers, soldiers, and students have visited the two museum sites; thousands of others have explored the traveling exhibitions presented in different units.
Visiting museums and traveling exhibitions is one of the most effective methods of traditional education for the 34th army corps. Thanks to precious and vivid objects, documents, and images, the museum helps the younger generation be proud of the tradition of “loyalty, unity, autonomy, creativity, excellence, and decisive victory” of the 34th army corps, preserving and promoting it. and developing, cultivating, and promoting the noble qualities of Ho Chi Minh’s soldiers in the new era.
This activity also contributes to training officers and soldiers, especially new recruits, to clearly understand their responsibilities to the Fatherland, the Party, and the people, to maintain their determination, overcome all difficulties, and contribute to promoting the study and imitation of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style with the campaign “Promote traditions, contribute talents, and live up to the name of Ho Chi Minh’s soldiers,” by building “exemplary and exceptional” strong and complete agencies and units, and being ready to receive and excel in the tasks entrusted to them.
