The hip-hop culture is being honored in Manosque (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) this April 2026. From April 13 to 17, 2026, a training session is being offered to young people aged 9 to 18, with the aim of helping them reveal their artistic potential.
This week is being organized by a young association: Culture comme une. It allows for an immersion in hip-hop culture under the leadership of its president Sandra Lavaux.
Starting in February, this project spans six months and will end in June with a presentation to the public and parents of the accomplishments made by the participants and a video showcasing the progress made during these six months.
“Unfortunately still unknown to the general public, hip-hop culture is very rich and brings together several diverse areas such as music, dance, graphic arts, and entertainment, facilitating meetings and exchanges,” says Axel Bouazza, a volunteer and project leader.
In February, a first stage focused on writing and rap music was followed by the 16 participants. “We are demanding in terms of the commitment of participants who must follow the six months diligently in order to achieve both individual…”.
