Between general knowledge quiz and immersive adventure, the Jeu Vizit Tarn will be featured at the Hôtel Reynès on June 6. Free and accessible from age ten, this concept created by Anthony Calvayrac from Tarn invites participants to discover the department in a different way.

The Jeu Vizit Tarn will stop in Albi on June 6, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm at the Hôtel Reynes. Free and without registration, the event will offer an immersive animation about the department. “It’s a game that showcases Tarn,” explains Anthony Calvayrac, the creator of the game. Another event will be held on September 27 for World Tourism Day.

Combining elements of the goose game and Trivial Pursuit, the Jeu Vizit Tarn invites participants to discover the richness of Tarn in a playful way. “The game brings together the iconic places of the department,” explains its creator. Culture, sports, gastronomy, or heritage, over 1,000 questions allow exploration of Tarn in all its facets.

Designed for players aged ten and above, the game blends luck and strategy. “You can play it with family during a meal or with friends during an aperitif,” highlights Anthony Calvayrac. Up to six players can participate, although the creator recommends teams of two “for more cooperation.”

The game features sixty iconic locations in Tarn through photos and immersive videos. “The objective is to discover Tarn and its history in a fun way,” emphasizes the Tarnais, who spent three and a half years creating the project and commercialized it in the fall of 2023. Made entirely in France, the game boasts a local and environmental dimension with Tarn production, local videographers, and recycled materials from the box to the game board.
