In the context of the cultural industry gradually becoming a new growth engine for the economy, the signing of this agreement between two leading companies is considered an important step to promote the connection of strategic resources, gradually internationalize Vietnamese cultural values, and contribute to promoting Vietnam’s image and its people in the world through integrated tourist, entertainment, and media products.

At the signing ceremony, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Chairwoman of Saigontourist Group’s Board of Directors, emphasized: “The cooperation between Saigontourist Group and Dat Viet VAC not only demonstrates the development of their respective activities but also constitutes a strategic step towards creating new development models for the tourism sector, closely linked to the cultural industry. We are convinced that combining Saigontourist Group’s strengths in infrastructure, services, and tourist destinations with Dat Viet VAC’s creative expertise, media technologies, and cultural influence will renew the tourism experience and create innovative products, thereby making Ho Chi Minh City a modern and indispensable tourist, cultural, and entertainment hub in the region.”

In accordance with the cooperation agreement, both parties have agreed to develop and deploy interactive LED screen kiosks, exhibition centers, event spaces, performance venues, artist museums, and the “Ho Chi Minh City Cultural Space in the Digital Age” model, including, but not limited to, sites owned by Saigontourist Group and Dat Viet VAC Group Holdings.
The two parties will collaborate on the development and operation of projection infrastructure, content, and cultural touchpoints; the organization of festivals, events, artistic performances, concerts, and fan meetings; the joint implementation of major programs such as the City Flower Street during the Lunar New Year; and the coordination of communication and promotion of cultural and tourism activities, as well as the implementation of related commercial, advertising, and sponsorship activities.
Additionally, the two parties have agreed to prioritize the use of each other’s products and services based on their capabilities and practical implementation conditions, particularly for elements related to the cooperation project. This coordination lays the foundation for an integrated value chain between tourism, leisure, content creation, and new experiences.
The collaboration between Saigontourist Group and Dat Viet VAC is expected to create a synergistic new ecosystem, where Dat Viet VAC’s creative assets, artists, and fan community will be developed into large-scale tourist, entertainment, and cultural experiences; while helping Saigontourist Group develop new tourist products and effectively reach a young and dynamic customer base with increasingly sophisticated consumption and entertainment needs.

Through this collaboration, Saigontourist Group’s strengths in infrastructure, operational capabilities, and extensive service network will enable Dat Viet VAC to develop experiential entertainment models, concert tourism, collaborative economies, and intellectual property exploitation across multiple platforms. Conversely, Dat Viet VAC’s expertise in content creation, community engagement, and cultural influence will help renew the tourism experience and services, enhancing the attractiveness of Saigontourist Group’s destinations, infrastructure, and activities.
Beyond mere commercial cooperation, the two parties aim to create enriching and unique experiences, combining the depth of national culture with a modern and innovative approach, thereby promoting the history of Vietnam and its people to domestic and international tourists.
