He insists that “there was no rape, no drugs. I never mistreated her, abandoned her outside a ‘sordid hotel’ (…) I do not understand why, suddenly today, Flavie Flament is telling a different and sordid story, and is filing a complaint against me. I simply know that this story is false.”

Beyond this specific case, the artist defended himself in a more general manner against all the testimonies aimed at him, vehemently denying having taken advantage of his position of power or celebrity to abuse anyone.
