On the 26th, 27th, and 28th of June 2026, the Miro Festival will celebrate its 5th edition in Ostwald, at the heart of the Eurometropole of Strasbourg. Organized by the association “Nice To Meat You” and the restaurant Miro, led by chef Robin Dorgler, the event aims to bring together gastronomy, music, craftsmanship, and networking in a festive and creative atmosphere.
Set in a green setting, the Miro Festival has become a unique meeting point, blending culinary and musical cultures. Over three days, chefs, artisans, artists, exhibitors, and festival-goers will come together around a program designed as a holistic experience. Live cooking, outdoor music sharing, and skill demonstrations will all take place in a lively and friendly atmosphere.
The 2026 edition will feature 15 masterclasses, 12 artists, and 13 exhibitors. Taking place under the terraces of the restaurant Miro, these masterclasses will allow the public to get closer to the expertise and techniques of chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, coffee experts, and spirits specialists. Notable guests include Tino Singharaj, Gilles Leininger, Nicolas Koffel, Patrick Fritz, Laura Schneider, Benjamin Stammler, Hugo Ehrhardt, and Tristan Weinling.
In terms of music, the Miro Festival will host a diverse lineup of local and international artists from various countries and backgrounds. The program will encompass genres like house, funk, South American grooves, North African sounds, electronic influences, live performances, and DJ sets. Artists like DJ Cinéma Quartier Latin, Daisy Weweh, Merci Beaucoup, and others are set to perform.
To complement the culinary and musical experiences, the festival will also host a village of exhibitors showcasing a mix of craftsmanship, creativity, and gourmet products. This will include ceramics, cutlery, handpoke tattooing, specialized coffee, flowers, photography, artisanal charcuterie, sustainable fashion, and creative accessories.
The festival’s food offering, curated by the team of the restaurant Miro under the leadership of Robin Dorgler, will feature a creative and precise cuisine inspired by travel. From revisited tarte flambée to signature burgers, the menu is specially crafted for the event.
Following a successful 2025 edition with three days of festival, 18 masterclasses, 11 artists, 50 volunteers, and 10 exhibitors, the 2026 Miro Festival marks a symbolic milestone. This 5th edition confirms the identity of a human-sized, festive, and demanding event, where gastronomy meets music, artisans engage with the public, and the Alsatian region opens up to global influences.
