For the sixth consecutive year, the association Solid’air is organizing two days of animations and performances to support charitable actions. On Saturday, May 16th, and Sunday, May 17th, Festi Solid’air will take place at the Élysée with a rich and festive program in support of Limoux Sport Adapt 11, an association linked to the IME of Limoux.
Created in 2020 by a team of volunteers, the Solid’air association aims to contribute to the financing of solidarity projects through cultural and musical events. Year after year, the organizers are doubling their efforts to attract an increasingly larger audience to their initiatives.
The festival relies on the generosity and commitment of local artists with various talents including rock bands, choirs, musicians, and amateur singers who perform voluntarily to support the association’s actions.
The proceeds raised during the weekend will finance the participation of six athletes in the French Handisport Athletics Championship, which will take place on June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th in Moirans, Isère. Throughout the weekend, spectators can enjoy almost uninterrupted shows and concerts from 10 am until the end of the day, on the two stages of the Élysée.
The entry fee has been set at 5 euros for the day. A bar offering local products and homemade pastries will also be run by volunteers throughout the event.
Program:
- Saturday, May 16th: karaoke dinner, Aude Shanty Men, Les Chant’en Choeurs, Solid’air Song, Les Voix sans Soif, Alain Antich, Claude Hanin, The Woos, Revenge.
