Dominique Lollivier explains: “Few municipalities with more than 3,000 inhabitants are as well equipped as we are. We show movies two or even just one week after their national release, thanks to our membership in the Ciné Passion Landes network with Maïko as our key player. And this magnificent cultural tool is available to schools and leisure facilities.”
Recruiting Volunteers
The main projects are as follows: to further promote the existence of Z among the people of Rionnais and neighboring municipalities; to collaborate with the local associative network and other players in the municipality, such as businesses and companies; to recruit volunteers, as ensuring one or sometimes two screenings per day with significant preparation work is no small task.
“Fortunately for us, three volunteers are already in training and a new administrator has been elected, Marie-Charlotte Lehmann,” rejoiced the president, proud to lead this team. The new board is composed as follows: president, Dominique Lollivier; vice-presidents, Dominique Bardet and Patrice Bauer; secretary, Catherine Giraud; treasurer, Sylvie Cazaux; assistant, François Giraud.
