According to Purepeople, who spoke to a local resident of the Giens peninsula, Gérard Jugnot purchased this second home several decades ago. The resident recounted an unexpected encounter with Jugnot, who opened the door to his new house and announced, “I just bought the place.” The resident was completely unaware of this.

During the interview, Jugnot revealed some details about the property. Described as a “beautiful villa” located on the heights of the peninsula, the house faces the Mediterranean and offers a stunning view from the immense living room, once furnished in a Provençal style. The villa features multiple bedrooms overlooking a beautiful garden with palm trees casting shadows on a very large pool.

Despite this, it is possible that renovations have been made to the property since Jugnot’s acquisition.

One thing that remains unchanged is the ultra-private aspect of the property. Accessing the house is not easy, as it is located along very steep dirt roads where Jugnot used to drive a car that could go anywhere, allowing him to navigate the challenging terrain, the resident of the peninsula concluded.

A region that the actor cherishes above all

Although Gérard Jugnot’s house seems like a little piece of paradise, he has a genuine fondness for the region that he explores whenever he gets the chance.

According to Purepeople, the actor enjoys boat trips for snorkeling and takes walks in the Port-Cros National Park or visits the view from the Fort de l’Estissac.
