End-of-year concert for music students

Traditionally in May, the end-of-year concert for the students of the Musical Center of the Rural Families Association takes place.

It is always with understandable apprehension that the musicians, more or less seasoned, face this moment. This year, about a dozen people took piano lessons given by Laëtitia Carlone, or guitar lessons with Arnaud Bouloc. However, they were few in number last Wednesday, daring to perform in public on stage.

Thus, only one pianist performed remarkably with an interpretation of “Time music” from the movie Inception by Hans Zimmer and “Arcade” by Duncan Laurence. Laëtitia highlighted the seriousness and rigor that, added to talent, characterize the young musician. On the side of the guitarists, we were delighted to see young Isaak in “Twist and Shout” (La Bamba) and Titouan, singer and guitarist in a beautiful cover of “Sara perche ti amo” and in a group with Noé, Franck, and Arnaud accompanying the beautiful voice of Louise.

Family members and musicians then enjoyed an end-of-year snack prepared for them by Françoise and Magalie, the managers of the Musical Center.

Instrument lessons take place on Mondays or Wednesdays in the AFR hall, under the manger.
