The cinema, whether it thrills us or makes us dream, is unquestionably the most popular art form in many countries. The Cannes Film Festival, which ended on Saturday, May 23, 2026, with its countless international stars, is proof of this.
As part of the Indus’3Days event dedicated to company visits for three weeks in the town of Manosque, the CGR cinema in Manosque (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) opened its doors to us, which are usually off-limits to the public.
Because even though one can imagine through many making-of documentaries the challenges of a film shoot, the extent of the work done beforehand is less obvious when sitting in a theater for a screening. This is a task that Jessica Senouci, director of the CGR cinema in Manosque for over three years, was willing to reveal to La Provence.
