For his last Muay Thai boxing match, Dimitry Haccoun shone on April 21 in Koh Samui, Thailand, winning the international stadium champion title against a young, highly experienced opponent.
He wanted to pay a special tribute to his wife, children, who were present at the competition, and his coach.
He didn’t hesitate to train hard for three weeks, six hours a day, fully immersed at the Jackie Muay Thai Gym in Thailand.
This training allowed him to work on his economy and effectiveness.

His belt defended again in July
At the age of 36, Dimitry Haccoun has 80 fights to his name and numerous titles.
He will defend his “Callassienne belt” at the end of season party on Friday, July 3 at 6:00 pm, at Place du 18-Juin.
Now, Dimitry Haccoun will focus on developing communication within Team Schaid in Callas, while continuing to train. He will also undergo training with Stéphane Jauffret, creator and head coach of the club, focusing on performance rather than improvement.
He remains committed to developing a youth and sports center in the village, as well as adapted sports sections for individuals with long-term illnesses or disabilities.
He is pleased to have his colleagues Jérôme Pasquali and Ocèane Regley, who are currently preparing for the state diploma in youth, popular education, and sport.
