Organized by the City of Castelnau-le-Lez, the Lez’tivales will liven up your Thursdays on June 4 and 25. The program includes meetings with local winemakers, gourmet products, a carefully curated musical atmosphere, and activities for the whole family.
Whether you are with friends or children, conviviality will be the key theme of these two must-attend events.
Act I: “Groovy chic” atmosphere in the Aube Rouge district
To kick off the festivities, head to the Aube Rouge district. Local winemakers will be there to introduce you to their finest wines (to be tasted in moderation, of course) alongside local merchants.
On the stage, the atmosphere promises to be particularly lively. The Montpellier group Les Inco will lead the dance with their “groovy chic” style, a performance orchestrated in close collaboration with Azema Musique and La Boîte aux rythmes.
Act II: Jazzy and pop sweetness on Charles-de-Gaulle Square
Three weeks later, the Lez’tivales relocate their stalls and microphones to the heart of the city, on Charles-de-Gaulle Square. Another equally warm evening, where sharing and discovering local terroir are honored.
To enhance this moment, the Franco-Swedish group Les Betty Argo will come to distill their jazzy and pop notes. An ideal musical cocktail to savor the beginning of the summer season under the stars.
An event for everyone
The Lez’tivales have been designed as true modern and intergenerational village celebrations. While adults chat with producers and enjoy the concerts, the children will have their own animations. This ensures a relaxed and successful evening for those in the area.
