Every year, on the occasion of the Music Festival, the 36h Saint-Eustache festival takes over the famous Saint-Eustache church with a series of free concerts. While the festival celebrated its 20th edition in 2025, unfortunately the event will not take place in 2026.

The Music Festival returns to Paris and everywhere else in France on June 21. Throughout the day and evening, musicians, whether amateur or professional, make live music ring out by taking out their instruments and giving many free concerts everywhere. From the streets to bars and restaurants, through concert halls, museums, cultural centers, and even institutions… Every June 21, live music invades many places, delighting many ears.

Some events are essential in Paris, such as the 36h Saint-Eustache Festival, held every year on June 20 and 21 at the Saint-Eustache Church, on the occasion of the Music Festival. Created 20 years ago, on an original idea from the Saint-Eustache parish priest, the 36h Festival is a project carried by the Saint-Eustache parish community. The concept? For 36 hours – including a white night – riffs, keyboards, beats, and samples mingle with lyrical hearts and organs, under the magnificent vault of the Halles cathedral in Paris.

Unfortunately for the regulars of this annual musical event, the 36h Saint-Eustache festival will not take place in 2026. This was announced on the festival’s Instagram page.

It is worth noting that the 36h Saint-Eustache festival celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025 and, for the occasion, welcomed Hugo Jardin, AJA, Edward Barrow, Kyrie Kristmanson, Baptiste-Florian Marle-Ouvrard, and YOM. In previous years, the event had welcomed artists such as Léonie Pernet, Clara Ysé, Turzi, Flavien Berger, Bachar Mar-Khalifé, Kid Francescoli, Hugh Coltman, Lisa Ducasse, and Nina Versyp.
