On the 15th of May 2026 at 6:02 PM, Gilles Rolland announced that the Municipal Music School of Moissac, known as L’E3M, is gearing up to take over various locations in the city for the event called Les Jardins Sonores from Monday the 18th to Thursday the 21st of May 2026.

The music school in Moissac offers a wide range of music classes covering genres such as rock, jazz, and classical music. Students of all ages can learn various instruments like the flute, saxophone, trumpet (one of the latest additions), accordion, violin, viola, cello, piano, percussion, all types of guitars including bass, and of course, singing.

Open to budding musicians from the age of 4, the music school has three large rooms for group practices and five spaces for individual lessons. About 150 students are taught by eight teachers throughout the year. Regularly, students get the chance to perform publicly at events like the Les Jardins Sonores festival.

The festival dates include a choir concert with piano accompaniment at the Abbey’s Patus on the 18th of May, a heavy rock session at the Media Library garden on the 19th, a jazz performance at the Delthil square on the 20th, and a music and dance show at the cultural center garden on the 21st. Each concert, except the last one lasting about 20 minutes, runs for an hour starting at 7 PM.

The Les Jardins Sonores festival at Moissac will take place from the 18th to the 21st of May at 7 PM and is free to attend.
