The program at the Cardabelles leisure center offered many surprises to the young people of Saint-Romain during these two weeks of vacation.
From the first Tuesday morning, the cheerful team headed to Vabres l’Abbaye to attend a musical show that was as captivating as it was amusing. A session that amazed them all.
After the curtain fell, they joined Chloé and Guillaume from the Saint-Affrique tennis club for an introductory session. A good opportunity to discover this sport in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. Throughout the afternoon, the two instructors were able to share their passion and motivate the children.
Before heading back, the children warmly thanked the Saint-Affrique instructors for their hospitality, while some mentioned the possibility of repeating the experience and even joining the club.
Reprise of weekly petanque competitions
Petanque competitions on Wednesdays will start on May 6. They will take place, as last year, at the gare plateau where games will start at 8:30 PM.
The competition will be in groups of four teams. Three games guaranteed and 50% of teams rewarded.
Throughout the season, the Massebiau challenge is maintained and the winners will be announced at the end of August.
A moment of fun and conviviality that all enthusiasts will not want to miss.
