International Marathon InDeauville: Red carpet for 16,000 runners on November 14 and 15, 2026

A decor worthy of a Hollywood film

Between land and sea, urban and rural roads, the course attracts with the beauty of the setting. After starting on the English Channel waterfront, foot race enthusiasts will delve into the streets of the town of Deauville before crossing several municipalities in the metropolitan area (Tourgéville, Benerville, Saint-Arnoult) and along a multitude of must-see sites in the area (Deauville casino, Deauville-La-Touques and Deauville-Clairefontaine racecourses). The runners will then head towards the beach to reach the famous Deauville boardwalk, where cabins bearing the effigy of big names from American cinema can be found. Organized in two loops, the 42.195 km will allow the runners to enjoy the sublime landscape twice and to encourage the participants many times for the public.

With only a 113 m elevation gain, the main event benefits from a flat route, conducive to performance. The reference times are held by Kenyan Titus Kirwa Komen in 2h16’19 (2022) and Ethiopian Negasa Chaltu (2h32’51). Last year, Normans Guillaume Ruel (2h21’44), European record holder in the 50 km, and Sélina Leroy (2h39’56) were the fastest. Qualifying for the French Championships (national label), the marathon will see the best French athletes in the discipline compete.
