A new video published by Mediapart is expected to complicate Patrick Sébastien’s defense. The TV host is under preliminary investigation for indecent exposure following a controversial incident at a concert in July 2025 in Cap d’Agde (Hérault), and new footage from the show that seems to contradict Sébastien’s version has been released online.

In the video, during his performance of the song “Le Petit Bonhomme,” Sébastien addresses the audience by saying, “I might come down to have my little foam man touched,” while gesturing towards his genitals. He then goes into the crowd, approaches a group of women, and asks, “Who is touching my little foam man?”

A new video contradicts Sébastien’s claim of being a victim of a spectator’s aggression, as he stated on a TV show. In the new footage, a woman touches him and another woman later touches his genitals before performing a sex act on him. The video also shows a spectator filming the incident, expressing shock at Sébastien’s behavior.

Although in a recent TV interview Sébastien denied any wrongdoing and claimed to be a victim, he is set to be questioned by authorities at the end of April. He has denounced the situation as a “media scam.”
