For their 4th edition, the organizers of the knitting evening at the cinema, the haberdashery Coccifil and Cinélun, have planned a special session. The film chosen for this new edition is one of the most popular romantic comedies of all time: Dirty Dancing (1987).

“Hervé Cassin, who runs the cinema, ordered it specifically for us,” said Audrey Paquotte, manager of the haberdashery. She wears a t-shirt with the film’s title and one of the famous quotes: “Nobody puts Baby in a corner!”

About twenty people have already reserved their seats in the room, which will not be dark but will have a dim light for this showing.

Fifty participants attend each time Every crochet, knitting, embroidery, or sewing enthusiast can follow, with their work in hand, the adventures of Baby and Johnny, her dance instructor. Hervé Cassin, director of Cinélun, said, “At each knitting evening session, we receive about fifty people. So, I accepted Audrey Paquotte’s proposal again. Her small network is doing well. People come from far away. Men have also wielded needles in previous screenings. “This event attracts everyone.”
