Sofiane Pamart, the first solo pianist to perform at the Stade de France, is back with a new album titled “Movie”, featuring stars like Sia, J Balvin, and the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. With his fourth album, Pamart combines music and cinema, drawing inspiration from Hollywood. The album features 20 tracks and was released last Friday. Pamart, with a background in classical music and a love for hip-hop, collaborated with various artists to create a unique and dreamy atmosphere centered around the piano.
Celeste, Jimmy Butler, and other artists from different genres joined Pamart on this musical journey, stepping out of their comfort zones to create something new. Pamart’s vision for “Movie” was not just about composing music but also about directing the entire film. He even worked with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and a choir on several tracks. Collaborations with artists like Sia and appearances at events like the Paris Games have expanded Pamart’s musical repertoire.
Pamart’s goal is to continue creating music that evokes emotions and requires focus from the audience. With his new album, he hopes to establish himself as a notable figure in film music. Beyond his upcoming solo performance at the Stade de France, Pamart looks forward to collaborating with directors and composers to further his career in the industry. “Movie” is a testament to Pamart’s talent and aspirations for the future.
