What is the deep mission of your company, beyond figures and performance?

At the heart of 437 is the desire to help women feel confident in their skin through flattering and elegant activewear.

As a brand owned and led by women, we directly understand the needs of our customers. Our goal is to create premium pieces with thoughtful design and real functionality, so that women feel great in all situations.

How do you define your vision of success today?

For us, success is based on two things: the impact we have on our customers and the environment we create for our team.

We want every woman wearing 437 to feel confident, and for everyone working with us to enjoy their work environment. We have actually implemented a four-day work week and are developing various well-being and financial literacy initiatives.

More broadly, we want 437 to demonstrate that it is possible for women to have both an ambitious career and a balanced life.
