With “Immersion Japon,” the saxophone quartet from Strasbourg, No Limit Orchestra, invites you to immerse yourself in the music of animals, especially those from the legendary Studio Ghibli, and Japanese video games such as “Pokémon” and “Attack on Titan.” The musicians, Noa Mick (soprano), Adam Campbell (alto), Nicolas Allard (tenor), and Yanir Ritter (baritone), will be playing saxophone arrangements of the soundtracks from these works on the stage of Point d’Eau. The performance will include intimate moments, jazz, classical, cabaret, and festive groove. Their music showcases the versatility of this instrument.

They will be accompanied by original videos featuring custom sand drawings by the artist David Myriam. Using sand on a light table, Myriam creates moving images with astonishing speed, taking advantage of the fluidity, light, and transparency of the material. His surprising drawings, constantly transforming, create a visual harmony with the musical performance.

“Immersion Japon” will take place on Saturday, March 28th at 8:00 pm at Point d’Eau (17, allée René-Cassin in Ostwald). Tickets range from 6 to 20 euros. “Choum’s Odyssey” will be on Sunday, March 29th at 11:00 am at Point d’Eau, with tickets also priced at 6 euros. Tickets can be purchased at www.nolimitorchestra.com.
