Culture et Formation celebrates its 45th anniversary this year as one of the leading players in distance learning in France. Founded in 1981, the training organization initially offered a curriculum to become a medical secretary. Since then, the offer has expanded to include about thirty courses in various sectors such as social work, early childhood education, aesthetics, and animal welfare.

Operating in three countries – mainland France and overseas, Belgium, and Switzerland – the training organization has trained more than 350,000 people since its inception, including 25,000 currently.

“As a major player in distance learning, our primary mission is to enable everyone to achieve their professional project, without excluding anyone,” explains Maxence Levant, General Director of Culture et Formation.

A true pioneer in the field of distance learning, Culture et Formation relies on its historical expertise and constant innovation to meet the new challenges of the world of work. “The tools and methods have evolved since 1981. Now, learning from home is no longer seen as a plan B, but as a real alternative, even a real opportunity. It is a different mode of learning, but equally qualitative and attracting more and more people every year,” says Virginia Parisi, Commercial Director.

Each learner can rely on a small team and a dedicated contact person to successfully complete their training at any time. Professionals in activity, individuals in career transition, or job seekers: the training courses also adapt to all audiences, providing tailor-made educational tools.

“To benefit from these advances, we have strengthened our partnerships with service providers at the beginning of this year. This should allow us to continually improve our online platform for our students, especially for the most isolated and vulnerable. Interactive tools thus adapt to everyone, offering a real opportunity for inclusion,” concludes Maxence Levant.
