    From March 4th to April 3rd, the Château de Fargues will be a true artistic hub for the 3rd edition of the Galerie Artophage. Now well-established in the local cultural scene, this collective exhibition brings together eighteen contemporary artists with unique styles.

    Spread over 240 m², it offers an immersion into current creation. Paintings, sculptures, design, and installations coexist in a dynamic presentation, blending abstraction, experimentation, and emotion. The opening reception, open to the public, will take place on Wednesday, March 4th at 6:30 pm, and the exhibition will be visible until April 3rd. Note that it will be open on Sundays, March 8th and 29th, from 2 pm to 6 pm.

    From Madagascar to Mont Ventoux

    Beyond this exhibition, the Château de Fargues will offer a diverse cultural program throughout the month of March. On Friday, March 6th at 2 pm, a film-conference titled Madagascar, the Red Rule will invite you on a journey into exceptional biodiversity. Between spectacular landscapes and preserved nature, this immersion promises a total change of scenery (price: 5€).

    Families will not be forgotten with the show In the kingdom of Merlin on Sunday, March 15th at 11 am. Between magic, humor, and interaction, this enchanting adventure will charm both young and old from 5 years old (mandatory reservation at 04 90 32 06 63). On Thursday, March 19th at 7 pm, a conference will revisit the ascent of Mont Ventoux by the poet Petrarch, a pivotal moment in European humanist thought. An exciting dive into literature, history, and philosophy by Bernard Mondon in association with Afia (free entry, more information at 04 90 03 09 20).

    Music, puppets, and stories

    Music enthusiasts can attend the musical conference Walk around the opera on Saturday, March 7th at 2 pm, mixing anecdotes and interpretations of famous arias in an accessible and lively format (free entry on reservation at 04 90 32 06 63). Finally, on Saturday, March 21st at 2 pm, the show Once upon a time will offer a journey into Italian tales, blending puppet theater and traditional stories, for an audience from 7 years old (free on reservation at 04 90 32 06 63).

    Through this rich and accessible program, the Château de Fargues reaffirms its role as a cultural venue where contemporary creation, heritage, and artistic sharing converge.
